How our refill program works?
Step 1: KOKÉ Bottle Condition
Please ensure that the bottles are cleaned and not damaged before bringing them in. You can bring as many bottles as you like in a single slot. If you have a large quantity, do let us know in advance to prepare accordingly. WhatsApp +65 8832 2454.
Step 2: Book An Appointment
Indicate your flavour of choice in the form along with other details. Should the flavour be unavailable, we will WhatsApp you directly. As stocks are limited since we brew them fresh and it's first come, first served, you will be put on a waiting list till your collection is ready.
Step 3: Payment Mode
Payment is done in person at the time of your appointment. We accept PayNow or PayLah! Simply scan our QR code when you arrive and pay on the spot. No online payment is required when booking.
