At KOKÉ Kombuchas, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality kombucha crafted with care. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure safety, quality, and fairness for both our customers and our brand.

1. Returns Eligibility (Perishable Goods Policy)

Because KOKÉ Kombuchas are fresh, fermented beverages, we do not accept returns once products have been delivered.

However, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • Your order arrives damaged, leaking, or broken

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Your product is spoiled upon arrival (e.g. abnormal smell, taste, or unsafe condition)

Important: Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery

2. Refund & Replacement Conditions

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

Once verified, we will offer:

  • Replacement (preferred) OR

  • Refund to original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect storage after delivery (e.g. not refrigerated)

  • Opened bottles that are partially consumed (unless defective)

  • Delayed consumption beyond recommended freshness period

4. Delivery & Handling Responsibility

To maintain product quality:

  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order

  • Kombucha should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery

KOKÉ Kombuchas is not responsible for quality issues resulting from:

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Leaving products unrefrigerated after delivery

5. Subscription Orders

For subscription plans:

  • Orders are non-refundable once processed

  • You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle
